The Spirit was the disguise of Ubu.
Physical appearance[]
The spirit was the ghost of gray glowing a dark skinned elderly man with blank white eyes, long gray hair and a beard. He wore a brown prospector hat, a gray shirt underneath a black vest, blue jeans and black boots.
Personality[]
He was a typical hostile spirit, attacking intruders who explore the abandoned mining town.

Ubu unmasked.
The spirit first surprise attacked the gang, along with Batman and Robin during their search around Miner's Infraction, but was immediately stopped when Man-of-Bats came swinging down and kicked the fake ghost through the abandoned minds entrance, losing it's mask in the process revealing it to be Ubu, Ra's Al Ghul's top henchman. He was guarding an e.m.p generator from intruders as Ra's was planning to wipe out technology by staging one at the heart of Batman, a city in Turkey.
