The Speed Vampire was the disguise of Sheriff Dan.
Physical appearance[]
He's a traditional looking vampire with orange sclera eyes, short black hair, pale skin a gray tuxedo over a white dress-shirt and black bowtie, black shoes and a red and black cape with a large collar.
Personality[]
He's was relentless, as he tried to get the gang after noticing they sped off while he was trying to act cool.

Scooby-Doo! Mystery Cases[]
Dan unmasked.
The vampire showed up on his ghost bike and stopped by in front of the gang, who were exploring the desert while riding the Mystery Machine because a mysterious person had called them to come investigate. He then did a wheelie on the bike to try and act cool, but the Mystery Machine sped off leaving him a little confused.
He sped up after the gang on a high speed chase down the road attempting to catch up to them, during the whole ordeal the Mystery Machine hit a bump causing Shaggy to tumble out of the vans back door, holding on to it for dear life. Scooby took notice and in a desperate attempt on saving his buddy, grabbed a sausage wheel and threw it to Shaggy, which wrapped around his ankle do to him accidently letting go of the backdoor.
As the Speed Vampire drew in closer to capture Shaggy, Scooby in a panic grabbed a tomato and chucked it into the vampire's face, causing him to blindly crash and flip over, with the bike landing on top of him in the process. He was then unmasked revealing it to be Sheriff Dan, who was acting as a mysterious person to lead the gang out into the desert, scare them away as the vampire and steal the Mystery Machine.
