The Specter of Ebenezer Crabbe was the disguise of Red Sparks, the construction foreman.
Physical appearance
The Specter of Ebenezer Crabbe has grey hair and pale, blue skin. He wears a red cape and a black suit from the 19th century.
Personality
The Specter was very sinister and prone to maniacal laughter. He liked to sneak up on the gang when they weren't expecting him; for instance, he hitched a ride on the roof of the Mystery Machine in order to give them an unexpected scare.
