Pamela "Snookie" Waeawa is the girlfriend of Manu Tuiama and helped him with his scheme to scare people by controlling the Tiny Tiki robots.

Aloha, Scooby-Doo![]
Snookie is Manu's girlfriend and is an expert in rocket science and robotics. She decided to help Manu with his real estate scam by creating the legend of the Wiki Tiki. She also helped create the Tiny Tikis and used them to scare away tourists and locals. Snookie watched Manu surf a big wave and later sat together with their friend Little Jim. When the Wiki-Tiki show up and terrorized everyone, The Tiny Tikis abducted Snookie, took her Mount Pulanana, the Wiki-Tiki's lair to be sacrifice.
However, Snookie fake her abduction to order to help out Manu with his plan to buy of the land. She then set the Tiny Tikis to terrorized a party while she hid from everyone. Later, Mystery Inc arrived at Mount Pulanna and met with Snookie, she joined on their adventure only to get "kidnapped" by the Wiki-Tiki again. After Manu was unmasked as the Wiki-Tiki, Snookie show up to check on but was also exposed in helping Manu. The two were then arrested and sent to prison.
