The skeleton man was the disguise worn by Mr. Smiley, during the Day of the Dead. He turned a mausoleum into a computer room to control the projection of the Ghost of Señor Otero to force the Oteros into selling their hotel to him.

Physical appearance[]

He's a white skeleton with a noticeable black human shadow around him (probably due to the fact that Mr. Smiley is obese) and human eyes. He also wears small black headphones.

Personality[]

Like Mr. Smiley he is shown to be greedy and insensitive, wanting the Otero family to sell their hotel. He's also show to be quite entitled, saying he can't speak Spanish and that the Spanish-speaking citizens of Veracruz should learn English because of it. He also doesn't seem to like dogs very much, as he attempts to silence Scooby and the other dogs when they bark at him.

History[]

Trivia[]

  • Unlike most villains, his disguise is not for scaring people. He merely uses the costume to hide his identity.
