The twins ran a skate shop in a large mall.
Physical appearance[]
They are both young adult men with brown hair. They wore red shirts while the rest of their clothes weren't shown do to them being seen standing behind Fred.
Personality[]
They seemed friendly and nice, but are actually greedy and very secretive about their plan. So much so that they set up traps to anyone that is close to discover they were responsible.
History[]
The twins unmasked.
They were seen at their shop watching the gang having a conversation with the malls security chief about the robberies happening around the place, which were supposedly being done by two flying ghouls.
They were both revealed as the culprits behind the thefts and robberies. They stole various items around the malls stores and took them back to their place just so they could ship em off out of the mall, they used roller skates underneath their ghoul costumes to move around quickly and they kidnapped Fred, the girls and the security chief and tied them up before they could find out who was responsible.
But their plan was soon halted thanks to Shaggy and Scooby knocking them out with sport related stuff.
