The Shaggy Rogers impostor was a member of the fake Mystery Inc. gang that committed crimes while pretending to solve them.
Physical appearance[]
He is made up to look like Shaggy Rogers, but he has a fuller beard on his chin. He wears a green shirt with white trim around the collar instead of Shaggy's plain green shirt. He wears contact lenses and can't see without them.
Personality[]
He doesn't eat very much. He has an educated vocabulary and never uses "like" as a speech pattern.
