Norville[1][2] "Shaggy" Rogers was a dog handler at Complex Alpha in Nevada, until Project Elysium was activated which transformed a large percentage of the Earth's population into monsters.
After the Henry Hudson Mall was converted into a makeshift home and base for the gang and other survivors of Project Elysium, Shaggy began a romance with co-worker/superior turned friend Dr. Velma Dinkley, which led to the conception and birth of their baby son Frederick Rogers-Dinkley.
