Summary[]

Phibes gets his hands on Dr. Shaggleford's nanotech and starts reverse-engineering to find the ultimate way of taking over the world, with each time Shaggy & Scooby outsmarting him. This all ends when the Phibes somehow discovers that he has a mole leaking all his plans--who is none other than Shaggleford in disguise as Phibes most trusted advisor, Dr. Trebla. Shaggy & Scooby infiltrate Phibes's lair to rescue the former's uncle and stop Phibes once and for all. Unfortunately, Phibes has an escape plan and rockets off to somewhere unknown.

  • Casey Kasem continued not to voice Shaggy this season, while still providing his voice in the DTVs that were being released at the same time (which also kept with the What's New, Scooby-Doo? style and made no reference to this series).
  • Warner Home Video haven't released any episode onto DVD; they haven't even finished season 1.
