Sergio owns and cooks at a diner in a small unnamed town in Roswell, New Mexico, where a supposed alien attack had been reported nearby.
Physical appearance[]
Sergio is a portly, middle-aged male, possibly Mexican. He has lost the hair on top of his head, with remaining hair around his head being black, and he has a hairy mustache. He wears a white, sleeveless shirt, a white apron covering the top half of his brown pants, and black shoes.
Personality[]
Sergio is a bit short-tempered, as he takes no tolerance on Lester's brash behavior, preferring that he either keeps it down or leave. Despite this, he enjoys being accompanied by customers who enjoy his cooking. He also has good relationship with his waitress, Dottie, as they enjoy teasing each other in a rather light hearted manner.

Scooby-Doo and the Alien Invaders[]
After barely escaping from their first contact with the aliens, Scooby and Shaggy make their way to the diner to reunite with the gang. Overhearing the commotion, he shares a strange account that recently occurred in town to the gang, while providing Scooby and Shaggy with large amounts of food to calm their nerves.
The next morning, the gang arrives to the diner for breakfast. Sergio provides them with breakfast, although he places some slight suspicions on the gang for snooping around town.
