He is a tall orange-brown sea creature with webbed hands and webbed feet. He has gills on the sides of his face and scales on his body, arms, and legs.

He took his his daughter to as a new arrival, along with two other students and their fathers, the sight of which scared off Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo, who had just about got used to the monster girls they were already in charge of.

Notes/Trivia[]
- While he appears to be inspired by the eponymous character of the 1954 film Creature from the Black Lagoon, he is orange, instead of the green colour he was in the original, presumably for copyright reasons (the special was produced by Hanna-Barbera while the Gill-Man is owned by Universal).
