There's monstrous fun a-foot as cowardly canine SCOOBY-DOO and friends discover Count Dracula is just bars... about hot-rods! When Transylvania's Werewolf decides to retire from the monster biz, it looks like the country's annual Monster Rally road race will have to be called off. Then Dracula kidnaps Shaggy and Scooby-Doo - and turns Shaggy into a way-out werewolf!
