Scooby was called as a witness to Fred's trial and angrily disagrees with Dayton Knight when he accused Fred of being responsible for every crime he claims to have solved. (The People vs. Fred Jones)
Season two[]
As the gang was leaving the Meldon Archeological Science Laboratory, the drivers seat of the Mystery Machine knocked Fred forward and backwards and he snapped at Scooby thinking he did it.
Scooby and the others grieved for Fred when he drove into a canyon and hugged him when he safely landed in helicopter mode. (Ghost in the Mystery Machine)
