He's the same size as Scooby, but has more fur, fangs and yellow sclera in his eyes.

When transformed, he becomes a mindless savage.

History[]
Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo (second series)[]
When Scrappy scared Scooby frozen, the gang pour a formula called Grandma Wolfing's hair conditioner to snap him out of it. It worked, but every time he enters the full moon light he turns into a werewolf. At first Shaggy didn't recognized him and ran away, but when the full moon was behind a cloud or he was inside away from a window he reverted to normal with no memory of his actions. He became the target of Lance and Bulldog for a fortune.
Scrappy and Shaggy were eventually able to mix up a formula to cure him, but Lance and Bulldog grabbed him before Scooby could drink. A chase ensued with Scooby turning back and forth. He cornered his buddies on the roof, but slipped on some bricks causing him to fall into a barrel filled with the antidote Shaggy dropped in curing him
