Colonel Tom (the carnival owner) as Captain Scarlettbeard The security guard as The Cat Creature	They had kidnapped the missing jeweler and they also glued the jeweler's own rubies to the eyes of the carousel horses, and they were planning to smuggle those precious stones out of the country to the country of Morroco.
