Continuity
- J. Grizzly has pictures of Shaggy and Scooby in pirate drab, alluding to the direct-to-video film, Scooby-Doo! Pirates Ahoy!. Further evidence to support this, is a picture of Biff Wellington, who was one of the villains in Pirates Ahoy!.
- Mystery Inc. met Cameron Flick during the Stone Dragon case in the previous game of the series, Scooby-Doo! Case File 2: The Scary Stone Dragon. Depending on the level of the game, Cameron is the Stone Dragon.
Notes/trivia
- The default version of The Scary Stone Dragon must not have Cameron as the culprit, because it isn't spoken of.
- Cameron is revealed to be from New York.
- The game is dedicated to Joseph Barbera and Iwao Takamoto.
- Unlike the other two games, the gang don't physically appear in the end credits, but they can still be heard talking to each other.
