In costume, she looks exactly like Scooby Dee. When she's unmasked, she turns out to be an unattractive dog of an undetermined breed.
Personality
She behaves like the real Scooby Dee, fooling everyone. But she's nasty, vicious, and hates kisses. She gives herself away by pretending to kiss Scooby-Doo and Scooby-Dumb.
