  • The episode's title is a pun on the famous Christmas greeting "Merry Christmas".
  • This was originally intended to air for November 30, 2015.[2]
  • It's revealed that Daphne was born during Christmas. Due to her having beef with Christmas and trying to celebrate her birthday even before Christmas Day, it's not explicitly stated whether or not it's on Christmas Eve or on Christmas Day, but it's implied to be the latter.

Inconsistencies/continuity errors and/or goofs/oddities

  • This episode breaks the premise that press releases had given about the gang travelling during the summer, but series writer Jon Colton Barry said that this was before he and Zac Moncrief had started work on the show, and decided not to be exclusive, but to go back and forth between that idea and other parts of the year.[4]
