Scooby-Doo Mysteries
She and her sister wanted to protect their horses from the noise of a new restaurant in their area, so Katie dressed up as the Headless Horseman. In addition, they hoped to take over the land around the Ruppscupper Cabin to expand their horse farm. She was staying in the background to provide jello heads from a cooler for the Horseman to throw at people.
