Rufus Buzby is a sheriff and the identical twin of T.J. Buzby.
Physical appearance
Rufus is an overweight Caucasian male, with a black large mustache. He wears an all-brown sheriff uniform, with a black tie tucked into the shirt, and a golden badge. He wears a brown sheriff hat with a black trim. He also dons a pair of thin framed glasses, and a gun holster on his right-hand side.
Personality
He is the good twin of the Buzby family, while his brother, T.J., is solely evil.
History
Scooby-Doo Meets the Boo Brothers
Sheriff Buzby handcuffs his brother.
T.J. put on a uniform and fooled Shaggy Rogers in thinking he was the sheriff while he looked for hidden treasure in and around the Beauregard Plantation.
When T.J. had the treasure fall on him, Rufus had arrived to collect him.
