Rowby is an adult man with curly dusty blonde hair and a thin mustache. He wears a lime green speedo while at Malibu beach.

History[]
Scooby-Doo (Marvel Comics)[]
He, along with two other surfers named Lorne Frohman and George Greeber were introduced to Fred and Daphne by Hodad, a guy who works at the Sunshine Surf Club. Fred questions him in a way of describing the recent Ghost they saw and how it suddenly appeared, to which he explains that it would shoot out the pipeline at Breakwater Cave, a hazardous and dangerous area that only him and the other two were able to surf through.
Do to his expert surfing skills and knowledge of the area, he was suspected as being the Surfer Ghost, but turned out to be not responsible for teaming up with a business tycoon in drilling oil in the sea.
