The Roller Ghoster was the disguise of Terry, the Thrill Ride Park builder.
Physical appearance[]
Most of his body is covered in green fur. He has yellow eyes and a skull-like face.
Personality[]
His personality is similar to that of a Gremlin, as he likes to seemingly sabotage the park rides.
History[]
What's New, Scooby-Doo?[]
Season one[]
The monster first sabotaged a hang-gliding ride, which caused the riders to crash into the water.
While Fred, Daphne and Velma went on the Sky Ride, the Roller Ghoster broke the control panel, which caused the fan to slow down. The trio were saved when Daphne tossed her belt into the fan, shutting it down.
The Roller Ghoster next broke cable wires on a ball ride, and Shaggy and Scooby were sent bouncing all over the park.
The creature later left behind a wrench he used to derail the Rocket Coaster.

Terry unmasked.
After chasing Scooby and Shaggy through the skateboard park, he crashed into a tent. While the clues the gang found made it seem that Chris was the culprit, it was actually her sister Terry. She wanted to take over the park, because she was jealous of her sister taking credit for her work. And she pretended to sabotage the rides so no one would get hurt.[1]
