Rodger Bumpass is an American character actor and voice actor, writer, and producer. He may be best known for the long-suffering Squidward Tentacles on the Nickelodeon animated TV series SpongeBob SquarePants (also starring Tom Kenny and Clancy Brown). He was also the voice of the Chief on DiC's Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego? (also starring Rita Moreno, Jennifer Hale, and Scott Menville).
