Richard Lee is a British animation artist. He worked as a production designer on Cartoon Network's The Tom and Jerry Show (starring Grey DeLisle). Lee was hired to redesign the Scooby-Doo characters for Be Cool, Scooby-Doo!, but was subsequently replaced by Jon Colton Barry. The final designs are loosely based on his.
