Physical appearance[]
The rich man is a tall, middle-aged male with grey sideburns and a rectangular protruding chin. Appearing to be dressed as a Marine officer, he wears a red cravat and a dark-blue collared shirt underneath a white, double-breasted coat with notch lapels. His pants are also dark blue and he wears black sneakers with white shoelaces. He sports a captain's cap with a gold insignia on the front and a pair of glasses with yellow temples, and he is also typically seen holding a white walking cane.
Personality[]
Not much is known about the rich man's personality, as he never made a substantial appearance or played a major involvement in the crime. All that can be inferred is that he, along with his wife, showed fear of the Spectral Speedster as the couple encountered him on the road.

Season one[]
The rich man was one of the contestants who participated in the Doc Tally's road race and burger eating competition on the restaurant chain's 70th anniversary. He was first seen at the event's opening ceremony, which was attacked by the Spectral Speedster.
He was later disqualified from the race during its third lap after the Spectral Speedster attacked their vehicle, knocking them off the road. They dropped out of the competition and exited their vehicle. Shaggy, Scooby and comedian Jim Gaffigan were crowned the three winners of the competition.
