The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo
Regis and Toomey appeared outside of a building to find out what was happening in the first place. But whenever they were coming into the building, they tried to apprehend Scooby-Doo and Shaggy for their crimes. However, they had nothing to do with it.
