Physical appearance[]
The referee is a fairly tall, slender woman with light peach skin, a square-shaped nose and white-blonde hair. She wears a black-and-white striped shirt with a black and white sports hat and light pink lipstick. She also wears black shorts, white socks, and black sneakers.
Personality[]
The referee is a dutiful worker who mediates the competition with enthusiasm and passion. While primarily focused on her job as a referee, she is also observant of her surroundings as she watched Scooby and Shaggy eating from the audience. She speaks in a brash voice.

Season two[]
The referee worked for a hot-dog eating contest at Haggerty's Hot-Dog Factory between Joey Chestnut and "Big Eddy" Eats. Though she explained the rules for the competition, the Gnarled One attacked the event before the round could start. Later, she refereed a do-over competition between the two contestants, and though Chestnut defeated Eats, she instead awarded the Pickle Belt to Scooby, as she watched him eat hot dogs rapidly as a spectator. Finally, after Eats was incriminated for posing as the Gnarled One, the referee managed a third event, this time between Chestnut and Scooby. Chestnut defeated Scooby, but the referee instead crowned Shaggy, who was likewise seen eating as a spectator.
