The developer was an adult woman with neck level blonde hair, pink earrings and black lipstick. She wore a pink jacket and pants over a gray shirt with a large collar and gold necklace.
Personality[]
She seemed heavily unaware of the owner of the lighthouses presents and was rather demanding on wanting the place sold to her, no matter who she asked.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! 50th Anniversary Giant[]
She was the second of three most common suspects types to show up after a member of the gang disappears, that being Velma. She gave Shaggy and Scooby an unexpected scare that made them remember their bad experiences with other real estate developers dressing as ghosts, which she tells them that she hasn't dressed as one in weeks and hands them a piece of paper containing her number if they wanted to call her and sell the lighthouse, she then leaves not caring that they weren't the owners.
She was later revealed to just be a disguise Velma wore, while the others dressed as two additional suspects and a monster to take turns keeping Scooby distracted with a fake mystery just so they could set up his birthday party.
