Ramses is an adult man dressed in nobleman attire, and has a Scooby-Doo mask covering his face.
Personality[]
Very little was known about Ramses, other than he was a man in thirst for power, attempting to steal and give the Armor of Atlantis to Anubis so he would be rewarded with the status of a powerful Pharaoh.
History[]
You Choose Stories: Scooby-Doo[]
Ramses dressed as an Egyptian version of Scooby-Doo and pretended he was a server to Emperor Anubis, Ruler of the Sirius Star Empire. He lead a group of soldiers to invade and conquer Queen Daphne's kingdom in order to find the Armor of Atlantis and bring it to Anubis so he could be granted the power of becoming a real Pharaoh. However, as he attempted to threaten her into surrendering, she counterattacks and manages to make him retreat, even if it'll involve war later on.
He later showed up again still in disguise and had secretly followed Daphne, along with Vel'ma'at and Daan'a'el to the Tomb of the Ancients, which was where the Armor was kept. However, his "brilliant plan" was completely thwarted as he was hit by an energy beam projected by the Armor since Daphne got to it first, and he immediately gives up and reveals his identity and reasonings. Ramses was later presumably locked up and the war against the Sirius invasion was over.
