Ralph was one of Theo Von Plotz's accomplices.

Ralph is a short man with black hair tied to a ponytail. He is only seen dressed as the ghost of Napoleon Bonaparte.
Personality[]
He was dedicated to help steal prized paintings in the Louvre. And was later surprised to see Scooby and Shaggy ruining Theo's live work without thinking of what to do.
History[]

He was one of two accomplices that assisted Theo on his scheme to steal prized paintings (while disguising them as fake art labeled as Dada paintings) in the Louvre in France, with him and another person dressing as the ghosts of Napoleon Bonaparte and King Henry the VIII, while Theo donned himself as The Scream to scare people away from finding them.
Both him and the other accomplice attacked Fred and the girls down a civil war hallway, and later encountered Shaggy and Scooby messing around with the Dada paintings, and were completely shocked by Scooby being able to use art related things.
It ended up bringing Theo's attention and, after a struggle with Scooby and one of the paintings, they ripped apart the frame and accidentally revealing how they were hiding the paintings. And they were all arrested after the gang figured it all out.
