Allen and Alfred Rainbow were the owners of the Rainbow Water Park.
Physical appearance[]
The brothers look almost identical, being two quite short adult men. They are most easily distinguished by their hair, which are different shades of gray. Allen has darker hair than his brother Alfred. They both wore red vests over white shirts and red bowties, along with black and gray striped pants and black shoes.
Personality[]
They both seem to have a back and forth connection when talking to people, where Allen would go on for a bit, but stop just to let Alfred finish his sentence. The two have a strong disliking towards the Wetlands amusement park and made a preposterous claim they were trying to ruin them, but in reality, the two of them were greedy men who wanted to drum up publicity and gain tons of money after failing for three years.

Allen and Alfred both arrived to chat with news reporter, Duane Stillman, who recently gotten footage of the Creature of the Rainbow Water Park. They claim that it was the Wetlands amusement park that opened a mile away, stating that they were ruining their business with all the attention and sent a creature to mess everything up even further, but when Duane interviewed the people behind the other park, it was revealed that they found their claims very preposterous.
While the Fred and the girls explored both water parks, the whole place was attracting way more publicity from curiosity seekers, and it was discovered in the office on their records book that the two of them had actually been failing to make tons of money for three years, while the Wetlands water park opened six months ago.
