Pueblo Biff Twobirds is a street vendor in Roswell, New Mexico. He, along with Flo Grange and city manager Melvin Snug, created an alien hoax to attract more tourists to Roswell.

Physical appearance[]

Pueblo Biff Twobirds is a tall adult Native American man with long, black hair held back by a blue headband. He wears a beige collared shirt with a turquoise bolo tie, as well as brown pants, a black belt with a turquoise buckle, and brown Western-style boots with blue eagle motifs.

Personality[]

Twobirds initially appeared to be an aggressively racist man, comparing Flo Grange, a white woman, to a European colonizer stealing his land. However, this hatred was merely a facade as he was secretly working with Grange. Despite this, he is still motivated by avarice as he worked with Grange and the town's mayor to fabricate a hoax, terrorizing the citizens of Roswell.

History[]

Scooby-Doo (DC Comics)[]

Twobirds operated a vending booth in Roswell, New Mexico, where she collaborated with fellow street vendor Flo Grange and the town's city manager, Melvin Snug, to create an alien hoax to bring tourists to Roswell. The hoax was based on a conspiracy theory alleging that a weather balloon that crashed in the town in 1947 was actually an alien spacecraft. Disguising themselves as the alien, Grange and Twobirds appeared to emerge from a cave after being unearthed by miner Dusty McSharp, supposedly having been trapped under the rubble there since the crash. Because Twobirds was caught without his mask on, he created the narrative that the aliens could shapeshift, warding suspicion off himself.

Pueblo Biff unmasked.

Twobirds was first seen pretending to fight with Grange over a vending space, only for Snug to resolve the conflict and encourage them to share the space. Later, when Mayor Snug hosted a celebration of the Roswell incident, one of the aliens fired a ray gun at him and abducted him. Snug, being involved in the crime, faked his own abduction, pretending to be paralyzed by the ray. However, Mystery Inc. followed them to the caves, discovering incriminating evidence, and later captured all three criminals by posing as aliens themselves. All three perpetrators were exposed for their crimes and handed over to authorities, with McSharp taking over Grange and Twobirds' vending space.
