History[]
Scooby-Doo (DC Comics)[]
During a film festival where the valuable classic film Return of the Monster Hunter! would be screened, the projectionist plotted to steal the film for himself, collaborating with the film's special effects and makeup artist, Roy Horrorhausman. As Horrorhausman sat in the audience during the screening, the projectionist faked a Frankenstein monster attack, where the monster appeared to steal the film from the projection room. Shortly before or after the attack, Horrorhausman and the projectionist discreetly stole the film, hiding it in a monster statue at the cinema's entrance.
The projectionist unmasked.
Later, the projectionist disguised himself as a werewolf monster to attack Mystery Inc., while Horrorhausman disguised himself as the Frankenstein monster that stole the film. However, they were both caught by Mystery Inc. after Daphne tangled them in a long film reel, capturing them. Both Horrorhausman and the projectionist were unmasked, exposed for their crimes, and handed over to authorities, and Mystery Inc. also found the film that they hid.
