Professor Utonium is kidnapped by Old Man Withers, disguised as Mojo Jojo in disguise as the Mayor, along with his Chemical X. He's later discovered by the Powerpuff Girls and Mystery Inc., tied up in the Mayor's office. After being rescued, he partakes in the Mayor's pickle party and appears to be having a conversation with Fred.
