Professor Pinch was a contestant at the National Hamburger Makers Convention.

Pinch is a tall and skinny man.
Personality[]
He appeared to be a kind man and was honored to have Shaggy and Scooby, Mystery Incorporated's notorious eaters, be visitors at his stall at the convention, and appeared to be a lucky winner with the amount of times he won the convention. However, he turned out to be both a cheater an insane individual, blowing up his rivals stall and later forcing Shaggy and Scooby to be trapped in a giant burger so he could get away with his rivals secret recipe.

Professor Pinch was the second contestant Shaggy and Scooby visited during their weekend of eating different hamburgers. He honors them for visiting and goes to explain how he wins every year, and was planning to win once again, but completely ignored Shaggy's response about John Watson, another contestant who is his rival and the creator behind the large hamburgers.
He then left the convention before rudely poking fun of John Watson, for having his luck ruined from an explosion and drove away in his car, unaware that his act brought suspicion in Shaggy and Scooby. Which they secretly followed him back to a remote farm house and beat him to a hidden room, spying on him talking to his henchman Lefty about how the scheme went, and how he managed to steal John's secret recipe for making the giant burgers.
Just as he warned Lefty about the two cowards snooping around, Scooby accidently gave themselves away by sneezing, and easily captured the two before having Lefty toss them into a giant mixing bowl, where they would shortly be trapped within giant burgers. Him and Lefty then went back to the convention so his cheating plan on getting away with John's recipe would be complete, but he ended up forgetting how much big eaters the two cowards were, and they managed to make it back in order to give Pinch a taste of his own medicine by blowing up his tent just like what he did to John. Before he could get back at the two by sending Lefty at them, they were apprehended by the authorities and taken away since the word got out about his cheating plan.
