Borges is an adult man with floofy black hair and glasses. He wears a light green snow jacket over a regular green turtleneck sweater, yellowish-green pants and brown shoes.

He was interested in getting his hands on the crocodile fossil he found, and was delighted to have some assistance.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! World of Mystery[]
He had made a discovery of the remains of a fossil crocodile in the Perito Moreno Glacier, but his chances on gathering it to be placed in a museum became slim as a very large squid showed up and attacked him and his unknown team.
He later met the gang on a nearby docking area by the glacier and explained them about what had happened, which Fred reluctantly agreed to help solve the case and retrieve the fossil.
Fred and the rest later gave him the news about the Squid being a giant balloon used by a journalist named Hugo who was attempting on stealing the fossil and add it to his collection of stolen minerals in his house, Borges then thanks the gang for their help and rewards them with a feast while the fossil is put on display at the museum.
