Season one[]
After being attacked by puppets whilst investigating Pietro's Puppets, Scooby-Doo recognised a poodle from an earlier incident, in which he was fooled into believing the puppet was a real female dog in distress. In response, he attacked the puppet and revealed a 20-dollar bill case for use in a printing press, hidden in its stuffing. The gang later discovered a hidden door in a room beneath the theatre's stage accessed via the prompter's box. Behind this door lay a printing press. After solving the mystery, it was revealed that Pietro disguised himself as a puppet master to scare people away whilst he used the printing press to counterfeit money.[1]
