The Primm Hotel was haunted by a Phantom.

The gang were invited to a Halloween costume party at the Primm Hotel, but were shortly greeted by another mystery, which was the other reason why they were invited by the owner, as they witnessed guests being scared off by an unseen force, later discovering it to be a nearly invisible phantom. Said phantom was later shown to have hired backup helping them out on a scheme located underground.
