Physical appearance[]
Pop O’Conner is an elderly man, out of shape and with flabby cheeks on his face. He wears a blue cap, blue overalls, and a light blue shirt and brown shoes.
Personality[]
Pop seemed spooky enough to tell Scooby and the gang about Al Cabone. He told it so graphically, he was considered very likely to be the Ghost of Al Cabone.

Pop worked as a handyman for HBTV (or so he said).

He was a possible suspect to be the Ghost of Al Cabone, and he was, because he was another disguise of the real culprit, Prestina when Daphne noticed the same ring she was wearing before she left the station.
