The police officer is a tall, Caucasian male with brown hair. He wears dark blue high-waisted pants, a dark blue, short-sleeve shirt, and a dark blue cap with a badge on the front. He also wears a black belt and black boots.

The police officer is knowledgeable and personable, even able to make light of Bluestone's capture and inevitable stint in jail.

Season one[]
The police officer arrested Bluestone the Great on Haunted Isle at the front of Vasquez Castle. He informed the gang that Bluestone, an ex-magician with pending arrest warrants in several states, was likely searching for the treasure rumored to be hidden at Vasquez Castle.

- While it's not explicitly confirmed, but the officer could be retconned as a citizen of Coolsville, the town the gang grew up in as kids as depicted in the prequel TV series A Pup Named Scooby-Doo.
