The police chief was the highest ranking law enforcement officer from the Coolsville Police Department.
Physical appearance[]
The chief is a tall man with short brown hair and a trimmed beard. He was mainly seen at Mayor Flowers costume party dressed as a werewolf nicknamed the Party Animal.
Personality[]
He seemed to be mostly trying to enjoy the party and spend most of the time trying to mind his own business. Later getting progressively more mad whenever he was accidently unmasked being suspected to be the werewolf to the point he would make an arrest attempt for it constantly happening. He later revealed to be determined to help his cousin April win the election and get rewarded as deputy mayor.

He was invited at Mayor Flowers's costume party as he dressed in a werewolf costume, which later led to him being constantly assumed to be scaring Flowers during a the party as a werewolf nicknamed the Party Animal, but all claims were supposedly false do to being "accidentally" unmasked by Fred, who he would later despise for the rest of the case.

The chiefs actual reveal.
After being unmasked accidentally a few more times from Fred, he was actually responsible in terrorizing the costume party, as he confessed to be the cousin of Mayor Flowers' rival, April Shores, she hired him to dress as the Party Animal to make the mayor look bad so she could win the election, and even get rewarded as deputy mayor. Due to his confession, he was arrested and April was denied to be mayor.
