The pirate was the disguise of Colonel Tom.
Physical appearance[]
The pirate is an adult man a large red beard and a black eye patch. He wore a slightly torn pirates hat, an orange vest with a brown belt underneath a large red and yellow coat. He also wore blue pants and black shoes and had a hook for a hand.
Personality[]
He was relentless as he chased Shaggy and Scooby throughout the amusement park, threatening to slash them with his sword.
History[]
Tom unmasked.
The pirate, along with a Cat Creature made a surprise scare towards Shag and Scoob while they and the gang were exploring the abandoned amusement parks fun house. He then ran after them leaving the cat creature to go after Fred and the girls.
He chased the two throughout the fun house maze, made attempts at slashing them with his sword while riding on the roller coaster. Until he eventually got real close to getting them on the carosol, which was still moving despite nobody operating it. In a swift accident, Shaggy flipped the lever connected to the ride caused the pirate to go flying through the air. And then land right onto the cat creature when it was after Fred and the girls. Knocking each other out in the process.
They were both unmasked revealing it to be Colonel Tom, the owner of the park, and the security guard. The two criminals had kidnapped a jeweler and stole his rubies from his briefcase. They had glued them to the eyes of the carousel horses and were planning on smuggling them out of the country once they had the park closed down.
