History[]

Scooby-Doo! World of Mystery[]

It seemingly just appeared with no explanation and scared away tourists and visitors from going. The attention was brought by a professor named Cassar, who calls the gang to come to Malta and help with investigating.

The gang first encountered the sword wielder and were quickly scared out the front entrance after hearing a strange humming noise, which during an almost lucky second exploration attempted, they find a connection of wires leading to someone's car parked near a separate entrance. But soon as they were about to leave back to the starting point, they were scared out again.

A trap was later set for the skeleton, which involved everyone, except Daphne, getting the things attention. As it appeared to attack, Daphne was outside and she pulled the plugs connected to the cars battery, which caused the skeleton to disappear, revealing that it was an X-ray image created from a scanner seen at airports, and the perpatraitor turned out to be a security guard they met earlier that day.

The guard took an X-ray scanner from the airport and plugged it to his car to create images of the skeleton to scare people away so he could find a golden falcon, a fictional item from a book titled "The Maltese Mystery" as he thought the events were true, even to the attention of nearby people. But was completely dumbfounded when he found out it was not real to begin with and was yelled at to go back to work.
