Early life[]
In the 1950s, Dr. Phineas Phrag carried out controversial experiments in the Eastside Hospital. Because he was suffering from a rare genetic disease he tried to find a cure by drinking a formula of insect and plant DNA extracts. According to legend, after drinking the formula he became a monster and has since stalked the hospital.
