Phil Morris is an American actor, known for starring as Grant Gollier on the 1980s revival of Mission: Impossible, as well as supporting roles as Jackie Chiles on the NBC sitcom Seinfield, and John Jones on the CW's superhero drama Smallville. He was also the voice of Dr. Joshua Sweet in Disney's animated film Atlantis: The Lost Empire, and its direct-to-video sequel, Atlantis: Milo's Return (both co-starring Cree Summer).
