Phil LaMarr is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and writer, who voices the title roles of Jack in Samurai Jack (featuring Mako and John DiMaggio) and Static in Static Shock (also starring Jason Marsden), as well as Wilt on Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends (also starring Grey DeLisle, Tom Kane, and Tom Kenny), Marcus Connor on The Life and Times of Juniper Lee (also starring Kath Soucie), Green Lantern on Justice League (also starring Maria Canals), Goigoi in The Lion Guard, and Hermes Conrad on Futurama (co-starring Billy West, DiMaggio and Lauren Tom). He was also a cast member of the live-action sketch comedy series Madtv.
