The Ghost of Milo Booth was the disguise of Jim Moss. Milo Booth was a famous movie actor who starred in the original version of the movie Dee was making, but died 20 years before the making.
Physical appearance
He looks nothing like the real Milo Booth as the real one was short, stout and was wearing glasses and the ghost was tall, thin and not wearing glasses.
