The Owl Witch is an obese female, with long green hair. She wears a black robe and a pointy hat with brown bandages wrapped around it.
Personality[]
Unlike her two sisters, the Owl Witch seems to be the kindest, as she returned Shaggy and Scooby to normal so that the Cat Witch wouldn't eat them.
Powers and abilities[]
As a witch, the Owl Witch possesses the typical powers of her species, from the use of magic, casting spells and brewing potions. She was seen using her magic to shapeshift into an owl and, with a magic wand, she shot a magical pink ray which returned Shaggy and Scooby to their respective forms.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! and the Goblin King[]
She, along with the Grand Witch and the Cat Witch, helped Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo by lending them a flying broomstick.
