Owen DeCassle is the owner of Fortescu Castle.
Physical appearance[]
Owen is a middle-aged man, with gray hair with white highlights, and a black mustache. He wore an olive green turtleneck with gray pants, black boots and a black overcoat. He also wore tan slippers when he was standing guard over Steve Fortescu's dungeon jail cell.
Personality[]
He was hostile towards Steve Fortescu, but was nice to let the gang stay in his castle, as well as let the Hex Girls' shoot their video there.

- Owen DeCassle's name is a near-homonym for "own the castle."
- Owen has a strong resemblance to Vincent Price, who portrayed Vincent Van Ghoul in The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo.
- Some of his mannerisms are also similar to another Price-voiced animated character - Professor Ratigan in Disney's The Great Mouse Detective (1986).
