Omelettes Are Forever is the seventeenth episode of season 2 of Be Cool, Scooby-Doo!, and forty-third episode overall.
Premise[]
The gang gets caught up in the world of espionage and help a British spy stop a villain who is trying to put an end to breakfast.
Synopsis[]
Jenny Vex, a spy, infiltrates the Center for Research and Understanding the Science of Toast (CRUST) and steals a flash drive, but Minus, a supervillain, appears and attacks her. She escapes by jumping out the window, landing on top of the Mystery Machine below. She explains to Mystery Inc. that she is a spy for the British Secret Service sent to stop Bubby from abolishing breakfast. However, Minus, Bubby's paid agent, attacks the Mystery Machine, steals the drive, and abducts Jenny Vex. Mystery Inc. decides to pursue Vex's mission even despite her handler, Big Head, discouraging them.
Mystery Inc. travels to Istanbul to find the British Secret Service's secret laboratory, meeting the engineer and gadget designer Dillingsly. They then go to a party to meet Dr. Itsuki Himura, a scientist who designed a sound wave to make chickens lay eggs faster. They find him as he keeps a large key to his laboratory around his neck. However, Minus appears, steals the key, and leaves. Mystery Inc. is able to pursue him as Fred managed to plant a tracking chip on Minus' body.
They follow Minus onto a private jet which he intends to fly to Bubby's base. They disguise themselves as airplane staff so they could stealthily take the key. However, their plan is compromised at the last minute, and Minus attacks them. In the midst of the skirmish, Shaggy opens the emergency exit and both Mystery Inc. and Minus are expelled from the aircraft. Though they safely land on the ground with a parachute, they are captured by Bubby's henchmen, the Sweatermen.
Confined to chairs at Bubby's base and finding Vex imprisoned there also, Mystery Inc. meets Bubby. Bubby planned to use sound wave technology to destroy the world's breakfast food production. She shows them a large jamming device used to send the sound wave worldwide. However, once Bubby and Minus leave the room, Mystery Inc. frees themselves with Vex's harmonica gadget. Though Bubby and Minus return and attempts to stop him, Fred runs to the machine to press a self-destruct button. Both Bubby and Minus are caught in the resulting jam explosion.
As Big Head arrives to capture the remaining Sweatermen, Minus is revealed to be Dillingsly. Tired of working in the laboratory, Dillingsly wanted to become a field operative, so he designed an exo-skeletal suit and started working for Bubby. Having intelligence about Vex's mission, he was able to monitor Vex's movements and intercept them. As Vex thanks Mystery Inc. for their help, Big Head begins to task Mystery Inc. with a different mission.

- Just after Fred sets Bubby's machine to self-destruct, he hides from the explosion sitting in his chair, with two chairs to his right. However, after the explosion, when the gang re-emerges, there is only one chair to his right.
- During the explanation of the mystery, Dillingsly is seen tracking Jenny Vex. The coordinates given are "Lat 04.736185 Long 91.48027". However, all four combinations of North/South and East/West put this location in the ocean, while the screen shows that Vex is in a building.
